Desirable Denver Neighborhoods

The highly anticipated 5280 real estate issue just hit the shelves and it looks as if the Denver Real Estate Market is robust and vibrant. While some of the more costly neighborhoods took a little hit in value (East Wash Park, University Park, Country Club) we saw some Denver neighborhoods gain up to 13% appreciation from last year! There appear to be lots of people still moving into Denver. With Mayor John Hickenlooper in charge, Denver has transformed into a desirable urban setting that attracts people who want an abundance of museums, parks, shopping and restaurant at their disposal. More and more people are seeking an urban lifestyle and moving closer and closer to the city. Denver is hopping and the future of our Real Estate market is bright.
